All courses are created from scratch, seasoned from the garden and wonderfully delicious.    Dietary needs are given special consideraton.

Salmon with Black Olive Salsa

A fresh salmon filet seasoned with herbs, garden tomatoes, green pepper in a roasted red pepper sauce.

Chicken Seville

A full chicken breast is seared, then sauteed with sweet peppers, onion, tomatoes, Kalamata and Manzanita Olives.

Chicken Cordon Bleu

A juicy chicken breast is stuffed with black forest ham and swiss cheese then finished with panko, seared then baked. A classic dish of savory richness.

Please add 10.00 for each Cordon Bleu ordered.

From The Grill

Rib Eye Steak

Fine meat, grilled to perfection after Georges Special Marinade. He owned the "Bullpen" restaurant in Glenrose TX and knows how to grill a steak!    Please add 15.00 for each Rib Eye order.

Lemon Chicken

A full chicken breast is marinated, seasoned with herbs,  then slow grilled for a tender juicy flavor. A ranch favorite!

Pork Loin Chop

A prime cut of pork loin is grilled to perfection. Homemade cranberry apple chutney is a welcome accent.

Lamb Shoulder Chop

Selected lamb chop is dry rubbed with a rosemary, herbal bouquet and grilled, then served with fettuccini in a pesto parmesan sauce with mint.Please add 10.00 for each Lamb order.

You may bring wine or beer to the ranch for a 10.00 corking fee. Tax will be added. Gratuity appreciated!
